Kia Motors Rolls out “The New Sportage R”

SEOUL, KOREA- Kia Motors announced on July 23 that it will release the New Sportage R that features strengthened basic specs and lower retail prices.Despite being appointed with a variety of customer preferred specs, “The New Sportage R” minimizes price increases, while the price for the top-end trim model is reduced by up to 800,000 won.

The basic model Luxury, for example, is appointed with the rear parking assistance system, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a steering wheel audio remote controller as basic specs. Its retail price, however, increased merely by 150,000 won to 22.2 million won.

The price of the top-end trim model Noblesse is reduced by 800,000 won although it is added with a high-end audio system, a rear camera, and a front parking assistance system.

The price of “The New Sportage R” 2.0 diesel 2WD model is as follows—20.5 million won-22.2 million won for Luxury, 23.8 million won for Trendy, 25.65 million won for Prestige, and 27.75 million won for Noblesse. The price of 2.0 gasoline 2WD model is 21.25 million won for Luxury and 23.25 million won for Trendy.
