SEOUL, KOREA- The US consumer magazine “Consumer Reports” gave the highest acclaim to Samsung Electronics’ 55 inch curved OLED TV.
Prior to this remark, Samsung Electronics released its curved OLED TV in the US on August 13. Consumer Reports said, “It’s not usual to experience a truly new TV technology,” describing Samsung’s curved OLED TV as a “game changer,” “TV of the future,” and “the best-ever image quality.”
Consumer Reports is a monthly magazine published by a non-profit consumer association since 1936. It has been perceived as having high credibility, with the number of its subscribers estimated at 7.2 million.
Consumer Reports assessed that Samsung OLED TV achieved satisfactory results in major categories, including screen brightness, black level, definition, and color accuracy. Consumer Reports also gave A+ grade to Samsung OLED TV’s 3D performance.
As for the design of Samsung OLED TV, Consumer Reports added that it gives a feel of wide screen at theaters.
