Jin Air to Launch Incheon-Chiang Mai Route, First among Korean Low-cost Airlines

SEOUL, KOREA- Jin Air announced on September 16 that it will launch an international flight between Chiang Mai and Incheon and start pre-order sales of the tickets. The Incheon-Chiang Mai service will be offered four times a week from October 30.
The low-cost air service operator plans to deploy an 180-seat B737-800 aircraft to offer the service which will leave Incheon on every Wednesday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. The LJ017 flight will leave Incheon at 6 pm to arrive at Chiang Mai at 10 pm, while the LJ018 flight will leave Chiang Mai at 11 pm to arrive at Incheon at 5:50 am the next day.

To celebrate the launch of the Incheon-Chiang Mai flight service, Jin Air plans to sell the round-trip tickets at the lowest price of 199,000 won through its website. The regular airfare for those who stay 15 days will be set at 220,000-260,000 won (including taxes and surcharges, the total ticket price will be about 380,000-420,000 won).
