The Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy said this on the same day at a meeting of ministers for economic affairs while reporting strategies to cultivate globally competitive firms. The 46 candidate firms included Bluebird, an industrial-purpose mobile computer maker, CrucialTech, a smartphone optical mouse manufacturer, and I-Sens, a blood glucose monitoring system developer.
For these firms to get timely consulting and other helps in market intelligence and intellectual property right information, the ministry will establish a strategic platform center within the Association of High Potential Enterprises of Korea. At the center, a team of consultants with experience in overseas law firms, investment banks, and consulting companies will be ready to offer services to companies.
