Korean restaurant Sabiru offers three special winter menus that will help you fight the cold and stay healthy.Hanwoo Raw Beef Bibimbap and seasonal Seaweed Soup with Sea Urchin or Noodles with Ox Bone Soup and Steamed Multigrain Rice are offered as a la carte menus for a simple yet invigorating meal. For a more opulent dining, the set menu includes Mungbean Porridge and Hanwoo Beef Shank and Shrimp Salad which stimulate your appetite, followed by Grilled Duck Breast Skewer, Bean Paste Stew with Pine Mushroom and Beef Brisket with Steam Cirsium Setidens Rice and Frozen Persimmon and Sweet Korean Pancake as a dessert. All the menus are abundant with nutritious qualities to help you endure the long, cold winter season. A la carte menus are priced at KRW28,000 ~ KRW42,000 and set menu at KRW56,000(Inclusive of tax & service charge).
