Kia Motors Unveils K9 at LA Auto Show

SEOUL, KOREA - Kia Motors showed off its K9 at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show that opened at the Los Angeles Convention center on November 20. The K9 was revealed first in North America under the name of K900.

The K900 is a large luxury rear wheel-drive sedan with its design reflecting the taste of North American consumers and the region’s environmental characteristics. It is mounted with a V8 Tau 5.0-liter engine which has the largest engine displacement among Kia models, plus chrome sputtering alloy wheel-appointed trim. With a new front design, including a radiator grill, a bumper and a head lamp, K900 adds more dynamic feel.

The K900 is scheduled to be released in the North American market within the first quarter of next year, coming in two types including 3.8-liter and 5.0-liter trim.
