
SEOUL, KOREA - Renaissance Seoul Hotel is delighted to announce the new appointment of Director of Operations, Mr. Michael Munro.
Mr. Munro has joined the iconic Renaissance Seoul Hotel as Director of Operations from his former post as Director of Food and Beverage for beautiful Renaissance Sanya Resort & Spa in China.
Australian born, Mr. Munro graduated Ecole Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland and has worked in hotels around the world including Australia, Switzerland, England and China for over 20 years. He also has experience working in global hotel brands, including Starwood and Accor, before joining Marriott International in 2011.
Mr. Munro begins a new chapter of his career in Korea as Director of Operations at the Renaissance Seoul Hotel, where he will be in charge of overlooking all operational departments in the hotel including food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, fitness center and security. Through his experience in the hospitality business and extensive insight in food and beverage related marketing and technical system, the hotel hopes to provide newer and upgraded services for the guests.
