Hankook Tire Supplies High-performance Tire to BMW X5

SEOUL, KOREA - Hankook Tire announced on November 27 that it will supply its ultra-high-performance tire Ventus S1 Evo2 SUV to BMW for its new X5 model.The Ventus S1 Evo2 SUV,which will be supplied for newly-released BMW X5, is a high-performance tire that is developed exclusively for SUVs with dynamic sports functions.

By employing the latest silica compound, the tire model reduces rotational resistance and improves fuel efficiency.

With a structure that maximizes the contact surface of the tire on the road in a driving mode, the Ventus S1 Evo2 SUV improves the safety on rainy roads, while strengthening the road contact capabilities.
