SEOUL, KOREA- Under BENIKEA’s newly-launched “Last Minute” discount program, spontaneous, or even procrastinating, travelers can make their last minute hotel reservations (i.e. same-day hotel bookings or reservations made one day prior to arrival) and save up to 50% off regular rates.
BENIKEA (Best Night in Korea), South Korea’s homegrown, mid-priced tourist hotel chain brand, run by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), has launched its “Last Minute” discount program in order to maximize occupancy rates. The program, which kicks off on November 21, offers travelers who have not booked a hotel room ahead of time to make “last-minute” online hotel reservations to save 10-50% off published rates,” the KTO said.
Last-minute travelers who are interested in the discount program are advised to visit the official website of BENIKEA (www.benikea.com), click on “Last Minute” in the menu to find a list of BENIKEA member hotels that are offering special “last-minute” deals, and make an online reservation. The KTO is encouraging more BENIKEA member hotels to join the “Last Minute” discount program.
The KTO believes that the launch of this program will help BENIKEA member hotels address the drop in occupancy rates and check-ins, as well as provide travelers with great opportunities to stay at BENIKEA member hotels at more affordable rates.
