SEOUL, KOREA - Kolon Global said on January 2 that it won a series of deals worth 200 billion won for the past few weeks, including the No. 2 section in the apartment complex in the Yangsan-Mulgeum District in South Gyeongsang Province, the renovation project in Daejeon's Daeseong-dong, and new wings for Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The Yangsan-Mulgeum project is worth 72.3 billion won, building 1,047 housing units. The 64.0-billion-won renovation project in Daejeon calls for building 408 small- and medium-sized apartment units.
Earlier on December 23, the company had announced that it won a 68.7-billion-won project to build a ten-story hospital and annex buildings in Tanzania, with the funds provided by Korea EximBank's Economic Development Cooperation Fund.
