SEOUL, KOREA - Gamehi, a subsidiary of Nexon, plans to change its corporate name. The company announced on March 6 that it will present this issue at the shareholders meeting, scheduled to be held on March 21.
The new corporate name, which was resolved at the board of directors meeting was Nexon GT Co., Ltd.GT in the new corporate name is derived from the two words “Gamehi” and “Nextoric,” signifying that the two companies are met and became integrated.
AGamehi official said, “We will develop our company into the one that is respected and recognized highly by those who are engaged in game development.”
Gamehi is now concentrating its capabilities on developing brand-new online and mobile games. It is now engaged in development of a new FPS game with Unreal Engine 3 as a follow-up game of the Sudden Attack. In addition, Gamehi plans to release three-four types of new mobile games within this year.
