SEOUL, KOREA - KM Player, a video player which is used by more than 300 million people throughout the world, is gaining popularity as a mobile app.
Pandora TV announced that the KMP mobile app has passed the 1-million mark in cumulative downloads in just two months after being launched and was selected as a recommended app of the week by Google Play.
A Pandora TV official said, “KM Player, which was positioned as the world’s No. 1 multimedia player, was selected as a recommended app of the week on Google Store. We are upbeat that the KMP would gain more users and more mobile downloads in the future.”
The KMP is a global multimedia player which is used in 36 different languages by 300 million people in 230 countries worldwide. The KMP mobile app was also selected as the best app of the week by American IT publication CNET and a foreign download site Softonic, enjoying critical acclaims both in Korea and outside.
The KMP also launched “KMP Connect Mobile,” adding the function of allowing users to enjoy video contents on desktop computer through mobile anytime and anywhere.
