SEOUL, KOREA - The sales of dehumidifiers for the January-May period of this year marked a six-fold increase compared to a year ago, Samsung Electronics said on June 4. The company added that inverter dehumidifiers which launched into sales from March, first in Korea, accounted for 60 percent in total dehumidifier sales.
All of Samsung’s inverter dehumidifier models acquired the first grade in energy consumption efficiency and can save electric bills by up to 36 percent compared to existing constant speed-type dehumidifiers.
Samsung inverter dehumidifier is also primed with a variety of practical features, including the clothes drying mode which can dry laundries seven times faster than natural drying, plus the shoe drying mode which can easily dry even the inside of the shoes.
