SEOUL, KOREA - Nexen Tire, one of Korea’s leading tire manufacturers, announced on June 20 that it will start supplying original equipment tires to Dacia. Dacia is a Romania-based car manufacturer which has been a subsidiary of Renault.
Nexen Tire’s N’Blue HD tires will be mounted on Dacia’s compact multi-purpose vehicle Lodgy and leisure-purpose vehicle Dokker. Starting from August, N’Blue HD tires will be used for the entire lineups of Lodgy and Dokker which will be produced at the Renault plant in Tangier, Morocco. These vehicles will be sold throughout Europe.
N’Blue HD is an environment-friendly high-performance tire with its performance being recognized by the UK’s renowned automobile magazine Test.
Starting with Fiat 500L last year, Nexen Tire has supplied original equipment tires for a variety of globally-renowned vehicles, including Volkswagen Polo, Skoda Octavia and Rapid, and Seat Ibiza. Most recently, Nexen Tire supplied original equipment tires for Chrysler 200 and RAM 3500.
