In this chichi and hangdog way, he would flirt with the girl as if he had been a cake eater. Sugary words stoked the flare of the fresh love. Impulsively she fell drawn to him. Like him, the current world powers are using this sort of love deal, looking for allies as if they were genuine friends with gentlemanly manners. Rival candidates are so shrewd and quick-thinking that they all have already read a copybook maxim that:
“As the old cock crows, the young cock learns.”
Thus, they could notice their inhibited mindset under the cloak of a true love. And they might say to their heart that:
“I do know who you are. You are not a faithful man of word but a top-grade charlatan with chicanery. You will forsake me shortly after the sweet honeymoon ends. Then our relationship will be not happy-go-lucky to the end unlike the sacred vow at the wedding. That’s the way to play it.”
In this way, counterparts recognized their chichis. Then each of them second-guessed that:
“All of it is not secret any more. I do know all of it. Now I am not a prey like the girl of the cocksman, Casanova. Nonetheless, this time I need some allies to help me stand up firmly. Also, it is another way to play it to capture the power.”
Then, they each affected ignorance and blinked the fact. On the other side, each of them played counteracts reversely to achieve his (or her) hidden goal. In this point, all the acts and counteracts look like a spy network. Such acts and responses are redolent of the 007 movie series. There, James Bond and his bond girl pretend to be true friends in a charming smile. But they are deadly enemies to each other. At the right time at the right place, each of the two is to pierce the enemy’s lines and kill the other with the gun.
Like the spy movies, all of them are focused upon how, where, and when to throw a severe blow against rival candidates with the weapons. Surely, the target is obvious and fixed under covert actions. Then they are to get the desired power over the world.
It doesn’t matter what is called a sort of love affair, joint venture, economic collusion or military alliance and the other. Doing such acts behind the curtain is an on-going situation. So it might be a universal trend. Once again, all of it is not a tail of roasted horse at all.
At this point, the seeming face and its inhibited mind alternate each other time by time, case by case. Confusion and confusion . . . Among confusion and uncertainty, double-dealings and counterplots are made either at the surface or behind the back. Then, diametric formations, either offensive or defensive, are fixed to survive the uncertainty among the rival candidates. Right here, all the powers could have created awesome weaponry, for instance, heavy combat cars and tanks, omnibuses or multi-trucks, other hybrid chariots by utilizing gas + electricity (or solar energy).
At the versatile and dynamic creations, they say proudly that:
“Hey, men, those are created for green peace, technical progress, or ‘Blue + Efficiency.’”
Sometimes, they say to the people outspokenly by using bookish economical terminologies as below:
“What we have done as such is to eliminate unnecessary cost and maximize social welfare. That is our final goal. For the goal, we have made economic alliances, so-called joint ventures and/or M&A (mergers and acquisitions). Then we are ultimately to enhance allocative and productive efficiency toward Pareto Efficiency. If and when we reach out to the Pareto Efficiency, we will be able to get economic justice, public equality, social welfare, and technical progress in our hands in the end. That’s all. And all of it is our goal. And that’s why we have done as such”

In this sophisticated way they vindicate themselves as if they were special economists. Their explanation sounds plausible and persuasive as if they had been do-gooders. Then they have done their best. And they have tried to persuade the people to side with them.
However, they seldom explain their hidden agenda. That is to capture the power to coerce. In fact, such a thing is not a hidden agenda in the earthly world any more. All of them do know the inside of their counterparts. Thus, it is not necessary to make a debate on it negatively in depth.
More important, even this time, such sort of double bluffs and double-dealings are on-going unlimitedly and boundlessly. Right, that is more important thing. And that is their real face for survival. Further, doing such a thing is, in reality, part of their grand design in order to disconcert or trip up their opponents. In this point, it seems sad and deplorable. But it is inevitable to survive the reality.
From bad to worse, recently the road to Championship is filled with so many ambitious chariots. Day by day, the numbers are increasing. But, there is no backing signal on the road like the circuit of Le Mans. It forces all of them to enter a porcupine dilemma. After all, the Machiavellian tactics and ruthless power struggles have prevailed on the road to the Championship under the barrack ballads.
Just as historied generals regard warfare as a chaotic business, all the global stars see business as an unpredictable and unstable warfare.
