Over one hundred of years ago before the information, correctly at around the early 18th century, the warlike Persian king came to hear of the news that there were huge and brilliant diamonds and other invaluable jewels in the Indian palace. After that he had been zealous for getting them in his pockets. So, he invaded India and defeated the Indian troops.
Then he took Noor-ol-Ain Tiara, Darya-ye Noor and others out of the Indian palace. So, the two diamonds had been already in the hands of the Persian kings.
Other big diamonds were dug out. One of them was the Regent Diamond. It weighs 28.1g (140 carets). It was already handed over into the French king Louis XV and his son Louis XVI. So, his wife Marie Antoinette kept it in her body. Another diamond named Wittelsbach was gone into hands of the Bavaria king. He used it for his coronation.

For this and that reasons, the British could not take all the biggest diamonds in her hands. Among the diamonds, the British got only one diamond, named Koh-i-Noor. As a result, the British could not have exploited the power of ‘Sea of Light’ and of ‘Light of the Eye’ from the diamonds. In consequence, the Queen Victoria failed to rule over the entire world as Empress of the world. And her Empire had to stay as the Mistress of the Seas. She has never wielded absolute power over the world.
In all, no one has got all of the diamonds excavated from Golconda. No one could have shown the ‘Light’ over the mountains, seas, and other earthly lands. None have conquered the whole world from the East to the West, the North to the South in this globe.
Once again, nobody has united the whole world and become the absolute ruler of the world. Since then on, so many years have passed by. And things have changed. Then the people came to know that:
“More than one hundred years ago, Kimberly diamond mine was discovered in the South Africa. One time the scale of the mine was 463 meters wide, 1,097 meters deep from the ground. But now, the past Kimberley mine became a big and open pit after the excavation of all diamonds.”

Noticing the unoccupied mine, however, the people have not been disappointed at all. Already they have been told that other diamond mines have been found here and there. Yes, that’s right. Especially, according to reliable reports, Russian regions have lots of diamond deposits in Siberia. And their diamond nuggets are bigger than the ones of Golconda and/or Kimberly. In fact, the Russian government officially stated that:
“The huge diamond mine has been found around the Popigai crater in Siberia. It has been formed by asteroid impact. The reserve amounts to "trillions of carats" (hundreds of thousands of tons). So, it is the largest diamond deposit in the world. The amount will be used for 3,000 years as global requirements.”
Hearing of the official announcements, Boston Consulting Group () reviewed the crater. Then the agency predicted that innumerous adventures and gamblers would gather the new Diamond mine to dig out the profitable diamonds from there. And the agency made an ominous prophecy over the coming future as below:
“Soon the world powers, like the gamblers, will go through their paces in Russia in the wake of the Persian general, Nadir Shah. Then, Russia will be the first target for their appetites. In light of the on-going situation of the world, the next target will be Brazil. Like Russia, it has been reported that there are nuggets of gold or diamond in Brazil. So it deserves to be called a NewEl Dorado even if the amount is less than the one of Russia. Then, the third target will be Iran because Iran has already kept Noor-all-Ain and other diamonds from India. In all, the world powers will plunge into so-called BRICS; Brazil, Russia, Iran, China, South Africa.”
Continuously the agency estimated that:
“Further, there are other treasure lands. Thus, they are now called MINT. You know, they are Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria and Turkey because another black diamond such as oil has been discovered from there in recent years. For the very reason, the nations look like newly-found diamond mines. Presumably, the power struggle and their pithy competition will be in the offing there soon or late.”
All the estimation must have been exhilaratingly good news for professional prospectors. Thus, the news has stirred them to concentrate upon their realistic targets. Thereafter, other areas also have become their targets as if the targets were those of James Bond series, named ‘Diamonds Are Forever.’ And the powers look like the protagonist, James Bond.
However their mind is quite different from James Bond’s mind. In fact, Bond has sought for justice as a man of justice. But, unlike him, their mind was and is to get diamond nuggets and mold their own diamond crown. Then they are to be king of kings in the world.
Fortuitously, at around the same time, horseless chariots have been created by the intelligent human race. The chariots were and are much speedier and more powerful than Roman or Mongolian chariots. Thanks to the horseless speedy chariots and fleets, the world powers could have routes, land & sea, open on every side. Also, those are very useful for their transportation to ship all the things on their chariots and fleets. As a result, the world weather came to change drastically. And it has been more sophisticated and dangerous than ever before.
