Hankook Tire Wins 2014 Red Dot Design Award

SEOUL, KOREA - Hankook Tire announced on September 11 that it has received the 2014 Red Dot Design Award in communication design category.

The award-winner was Hankook Tire’s “Driving Emotion” brand website which was highly evaluated as having contributed to strengthening communication with consumers by effectively delivering Hankook Tire’s brand identity.

The Driving Emotion site which is based on the concepts of “confidence,” “pleasure” and “pride,” contains a variety of contents that can deliver the emotion of drivers.

The Red Dot Design Award, organized by Design ZentrumNordheimWestfalen, is regarded as one of the world’s three most renowned design awards, together with the iF Design Award and the IDEA Design Award.

Hankook Tire won the iF Design Award in communication area with its Ventus S1 Evo Motion Graphic brochure and Eco Motion Graphic brochure last year.
