SEOUL, KOREA - Samsung Electronics announced on July 31 that it supplied the Galaxy Note 10.1 device (LTE) to Heungkuk Life Insurance. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (LTE), designed specially to be used for insurance contracts, is mounted with an SFA (Sales Force Automation), thereby making it easier for financial consultants to sign up insurance policies with customers.

During meetings with customers, the Galaxy Note 10.1 enables financial consultants to conclude the processes related to customers’ agreement on personal information use, eligibility evaluation, and final registration.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 also allows them to get customers’ autographs by using an S-Pen. A Samsung official said, “In the past, financial consultants had to handle insurance contract-related work through fax, and make several visits to customers’ premises. Such inconvenience can be reduced by using the Galaxy Note 10.1.”

Heungkuk Life Insurance plans to distribute the Galaxy Note 10.1 to its financial consultants in tandem with the opening of its new mobile insurance sign-up system.
