SEOUL, KOREA - Chrysler turned out to have the most consumer complaints among import cars, followed by Audi and GM. The Korea Consumer Agency (KSA) conducted an analysis of consumer complaints that have been filed over the past five years related with import cars.

The result showed that Chrysler received 14.7 cases of consumer complaints per 10,000 unit sales, followed by Audi (13.7 cases), GM (13.5), Volkswagen (11.7), Jaguar Land Rover (11.4), and Nissan (10.3). Honda has 2.9 cases of consumer complaints, the lowest among import brands.

The import car that has the highest repair cost compared to car price turned out to be Jaguar Land Rover's XF 2.0P Luxury. The model was estimated to cost 6.32 million won to replace the three most frequently replaced parts (front bumper, rear bumper, and side mirrors), an amount equivalent to 10.6 percent of the car price.

Toyota's Lexus CH 200h and Honda's Accord 2.4 EX-L cost 3.26 million won and 2.67 million won, respectively, to replace the three parts, while GM's Cadillac ATS Luxury 2.0L 3.65 million won.
