SEOUL, KOREA- Hite Jinro announced on September 5 that it will officially launch a premium Pale Ale beer “Queen’s Ale” that was created after three years of technological cooperation with Denmark’s beer consulting firm Alectia.With the release of “Queen’s Ale,” Hite Jinro expects to overcome the allegation that has been raised over the quality of domestically produced beers.
Queen’s Ale delivers a deep taste of Ale beer by using 100-percent barley as its ingredient. It also employs a Triple Hopping Process, a technique that adds aroma hop on a three-stage basis to provide the aroma of fruits, a unique feature of Ale beers.
Queen’s Ale will come in two different types—Blonde and Extra Bitter Type. Blonde Type provides a harmonious and bittersweet taste, while Extra Bitter Type offers a deeper and stronger taste.
