
LAS VEGAS, USA - The world’s largest home electronics show “2014 Consumer Electronics Show” is set to open at the Las Vegas Convention Center on January 7.
Scheduled to run for four days, the CES, organized by the U.S. Consumer Electronics Association, marks the 48th anniversary this year, in which a number of leading IT companies will participate.
About 40 Korean companies will take part in the CES 2014, including large companies such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics and Kia Motors, and small- and medium-sized enterprises, including Monuel and Zalman Tech.
LG Display and Samsung Display will establish their own pavilion at neighboring hotels to display their state-of-the-art products and technologies.
According to the Organizing Committee of the CES, as many as 3,200 companies from all around the world will participate in this year’s trade show, with the number of visitors estimated to exceed 153,000.
