SEOUL, KOREA - Audi A3 was named as the World Car of the Year 2014 at the New York International Auto Show.According to Audi Korea on April 22, Audi A3 was finally chosen as the World Car of the Year 2014 after competing with BMW 4 Series and Mazda 3 in the final round of competition.
Audi A3 is available in four product groups, consisting of one three-door hatchback and three five-door hatchbacks—Sportback, Cabriolet, and Sedan. In Korea, A3 Sedan was released in January 2014.
The A3 Sedan is a compact sedan featuring strengthened comfort and dynamics. It is mounted with a variety of high-tech and convenience specs, including LED day drive light, state-of-the-art driver support system, and panorama sunroof.
With a 2.0-liter TDI engine, the A3 Sedan has a maximum output of 150hp and a maximum torque of 32.7 kg.m. With a dual-clutch six-speed S-Tronic transmission, it realizes a compound fuel efficiency of 16.7 kilometers per liter.
