SEOUL, KOREA - E-Land Group completed the construction of Asia’s largest fashion logistics center in Cheonan in Korea. The center has a floor space of 200,000 square meters.
On July 21, the group held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the fashion logistics center, attended by many dignitaries, including vice chairman Park Sung-Kyung and Ahn Hee-Jung, governor of South Chungcheong Province.
Following the establishment of the fashion logistics center, the group plans to additionally complete the construction of a distribution logistics center by June 2016. The distribution center will have a floor space of 213,418 square meters.
The fashion logistics center is a five-story building (one underground floor and four above-ground floors) which can accommodate up to 150 110,000-ton trucks. With a capacity of handling 50,000 boxes per day, the center will handle 4 million-5 million boxes a year, worth more than 5 trillion won.
