SINGAPORE - Brady Corporation Asia Pte Ltd (Brady) has achieved the feat of being the first company in Singapore and Asia to be awarded with the NASPO (North American Security Products Organization) Class III Certification, which has only been achieved by 29 companies and 37 plants worldwide.

The NASPO Class III Certification recognizes that Brady demonstrates a high awareness of possible fraudulent actions and the threat that they pose to the value of security products, is able to implement countermeasures targeted at preventing such threats from being realized, and have plans that can be implemented to mitigate the effects in the event that such fraudulent acts occur. It also recognizes Brady efforts in maintaining a compliance with the operational protocols of ANSI/NASPO-SA-2008 Security Assurance Standard.

In recent years, there has been a proliferation of providers who are able to create and sell "look-alike" fraudulent products, resulting in an erosion of public confidence in security technologies and brands. Hence, the need for greater security and brand protection measures have emerged in light of such recent developments, with greater and more robust technologies being developed to protect the interests of customers.

In achieving certification, Brady had undergone several months of preparation and audit, with the cooperation and participation of all departments in adhering to the required processes and procedures.

Achieving the NASPO Class III Certification highlights Brady's continued commitment towards providing customers with high performance products through greater security value of the solution and services offered.
